Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois I grew up in the Windy City surrounded by music! At the age of 3 my father saw the interest I had in music and he began to encourage me to pursue it as a career by teaching me songs and constantly having me sing at family reunions and events. Throughout the years I was blessed with the opportunity to participate in many singing competitions to which opened up many higher opportunities for me. The most recent opportunity was being the selected finalist from Chicago, for the Spanish version of American Idol called "Objetivo Fama"(Objective of Fame) which took place in Puerto Rico. This competition was viewed throughout the United States and is well known within the Hispanic communities. Although I did not take first place in this competition, the opportunity to record my album did present itself. This opportunity, not only led me to reside in Anaheim, California, but it also led me to the Lord. I have recently completed my Pre-Release Album and am in the process of completing my finalized CD. I am praying that this CD reach out to people out there that are in need of hope and can find it through Christ Jesus just as I did. Being involved in so many different opportunities in the world left me empty, confused, hopeless, hurt and alone. Once I accepted Jesus as my Savior, HE delivered me from all that and more, and brought me to my passion in music but in a better way, and for a better purpose... HIS will! I am heartfully grateful for all my trials, tribulations, and blessings that have led me to where I am now...A Mighty Woman of GOD!
