From the ashes of pop/rock band Transistor Radio (Up at Nite Records) comes Via Verde, Former members Sam Moreno and Jordan Heid(drummer)come out with their eagerly anticipated rock-based project. The Los Angeles, Southern California-bred songwriters/musicians can't help but throw themselves into everything they do.

With an EP "STRIVING FOR ETERNITY" due out fall of 2008, ViaVerde lets Moreno and Heid put a different, more musically eclectic side on display. Hoping to expand their musical abilities, Sam has stepped out to be the frontman of ViaVerde with Heid still on drums..with close friends joing them in recent months-built from a line-up of Ray s. (guitar), and Jeff Silva (guitar also former member of TR), Via Verde has begun a musical metamorphosis. When asked recently what would you describe this project as Moreno said "We are all starting fresh with this new project and it feels so right.. yet in our hearts the purpose remains the same... sharing Christ love to all who have an ear to hear."
