My Motto's, "life's too short to be too serious."I had enough of that.
And God thought laughter was important enough to take up space to talk about it in the bible so i take laughter very seriously. Proverbs says Laughter is like a medicine and marrow to our bones.
I filmed some few second video/pics of people using my weighted hoops, one hooping while eating an ice cream cone, one walking in the park while hula hooping and laughing hard, from men, women, and children to an 81 year old women, they are really funny If you want to laugh!
Also by using my weighted hula hoops just 10 minutes a day you can lose 2 inches a month til fit or to stay fit and have fun at the same time.

We are as a well watered garden which shall bear the fruit of His Spirit even in old age. We shall remain fresh, flourishing, and blooming wherever we are planted by faith.
