T.R. McKotch is best known for his work with the GAHU Drum Ensemble, along with Vocalist/Percussionist Rhonda Harp.

In addition to the GAHU Drum Ensemble, T.R. has been engaged in his usual panoply of musical projects:

T.R. is currently playing percussion for Claire Stuczynski.

He has released T.R. McKotch Hand Drum Instructional Vol.1 which features Charity Nuse doing voice overs and playing on one of the West African arrangements.

He has also collaborated with Big Leg Emma's Amanda & Charity as supporting percussionist for their many acoustic duo shows.

T.R. was a founding member of the Cosmic Groove Project along with Big Leg Emma's Charity Nuse.

In 2003 T.R. performed with Rusted Root's Jim Donovan as a supporting member of Jim Donovan & The Blue Heron Drummers at the 2003 Great Blue Heron Music Festival in Sherman, New York.

In 1998 T.R. moved to New York City to join the progressive rock band TriPod, featuring bassist Clint Bahr and "Master-of-the-Reeds" Keith Gurland. It was there, in the studios of New York where T.R. learned the true beauty of the ups and downs of the music industry.

Recently, T.R. and Percussiont Rhonda Harp, have collaborated and developed "Feel the Beat! Play the Beat!" Hand Drum Workshops throughout the North East United States.
