Oh, okay, and also Monster Blood Tattoo and all things Star Wars and Supernatural. H.P. Lovecraft. Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" series.

Tv - Supernatural. There's nothing else on television as far as I'm concerned.
Movies - Back to the Future Trilogy (the best movies ever), Star Wars (in its entirety), The Monster Squad, Lost Boys, Fright Night 1 & 2, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Hellboy, Ghostbusters, the works of John Carpenter, the Underworld trilogy...pretty much anything where people arm themselves to fight monsters and I'm there.

"The Strange Man: The Coming Evil, Book One" (2011)
Originally self-published in 2007, "The Strange Man" is set for a February 2011 re-release from Realms Fiction! This new edition is heavily expanded with new scenes, new characters, and more action!
About the book: Dras (pronounced drAHz) Weldon is a twenty-two year old unemployed washout. He lives in a world populated by horror movies and comic books, content to hide in the shadow of adolescence. He must change, however, when a demon known only as "The Strange Man" comes to his small town of Greensboro and threatens Dras' best friend, Rosalyn Myers. Dras must now rediscover a faith he has ignored and a God he has all but forsaken in order to battle demonic forces and save Rosalyn from the coming evil.

Time Changer (written with Rich Christiano) (2001)
1890...and all seems well for Bible professor Russell Carlisle.
His new book, THE CHANGING TIMES, is being highly praised and about to receive a unanimous endorsement from the board members at Grace Bible Seminary; an endorsement Carlisle and his publisher greatly desire. One by one, each esteemed colleague lauds this new work until Dr. Norris Anderson, Carlisle's close friend, has a "difficulty with something". Dr. Anderson believes what is being implied in this book will be deadly and greatly affect the future of coming generations...the future of Christianity...maybe even your future!
(Also produced as a movie by Two and Five Productions)

Like most kids, I grew up on Star Wars, comic books, scary movies, and Ghostbuster cartoons. Unlike most children, I never grew out of them :)
As a Christian writer, I want to combine my faith with my life-long love of monsters and all things spooky.
Before becoming an author, I was primarily a screenwriter and I think that carries over into my prose. My wife and I joke that I write books for people who watch movies.
"The Coming Evil" is my Christian monster-hunter epic and, I think, my magnum opus. I released the first book through Print-On-Demand in 2007. In early 2010, Realms Fiction--a division of Strang Communications Group--acquired the rights and a new updated and expanded edition of "The Strange Man" (Book One in The Coming Evil Trilogy) arrives in stores February 1st, 2011.
