General Interests
I like to read, write stories, garden (when there's time), edit, and homeschool my kids. I also enjoy the editing side of the writing business.
Books

Movies/TV
I like Star Trek movies, Star Wars 4-6, the Horatio Hornblower series from amc, Anne of Green Gables, and Stargate SG-1, to name a few.

About Susan K. Marlow
I started writing stories when I was about ten years old. Outer space stories. LOTS of outer space stories. When Star Trek debuted in 1966, I was at the very impressionable age of 13, and I started writing Star Trek stories. LOTS of Star Trek stories.

Later on (as in when I grew up), I discovered there are just as many adventures waiting to be written about the Old West. And since I'm still about 12 years old on the inside, I decided to create some historical adventure stories for kids who like horses, adventure, and the Old West. Those stories are not only for fun, but for profit (granted, not much profit, but they're sure fun to write)!

A few random facts about me:

--My husband and I live on an acre in a small town in Washington state.

--We have 4 kids and 8 grandkids. (But it's hard to feel like a grandma when you're really only 12 on the inside!)

--I'm a 20+ year veteran of homeschooling. I blog on Homeschoolblogger. Come on over and visit sometime:
