About Shana Strange
Insecurity, doubt, fear and depression were all too familiar to Shana. They weren't just acquaintances to Shana, they were constant companions. Her life was full of negative emotions that constantly kept her in a state of passivity and unbelief. Being a Christian the majority of her life did not exempt her from feeling un-important, un-needed, and un-original. Shana was born with some physical impairments that were a constant source of pain for her.

But God had a much greater plan for Shana. His infinite grasp never let her go as He reached into her dark world and brought her into the world of grace. Now she spreads this message of purpose & destiny she found through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ with everyone she comes in contact with.

Grace has been the liberating force behind the transformation of Shana's life. She now does things she never dreamed possible. Through songwriting she is able to bring these precious truths into reality for her listeners.

Music - Shana's music is a mixture of acoustic pop & rock sounds. Vocals are raw and powerful that can only be described as "real." She has been leading worship for the past 6 years at events and is currently a worship leader for House Refuge Church, TX. Her passion is worship-whether a participator in corporate worship or living a life that worships Christ, as both are equally important.

Her new CD project released in May 2008, My Destiny, is about the journey from the dream to the destiny that God has for His people. Sometimes that dream can be difficult to walk out, and other times it can be pure joy. These songs reflect the heart of ministry, sometimes joy and sometimes pain, but always praise.

Hello there, Shana! I'm so looking forward to getting to know you better here at Shoutlife!

So what kind of guitar is that you're holding? (I have a Yamaha and I love it, but yours is even prettier!)

When you get a minute, pop over to my Shoutlife profile and my web site to see what God has me doing I traded my guitar for a computer.

I pray the week's end will bring you only good and happy things!

Eyes on Him,
(1 Corinthians 10:13)
