My first book, Heart of Stone, is published with The Wild Rose Press. Heart of Stone is a contemporary western about a young woman, Amber, who is pregnant, but doesn't remember the details of the night she conceived. Trying to make it on her own, she meets Stone, a rancher in Texas. Stone's heart has hardened after a devastating betrayal by his fiancee. Both Stone and Amber are sure they will never fall in love, and so agree on a marriage in name only--she will have help with her babies, he will received his trustfund and be able to make improvements on the ranch. Neither of them realize that a platonic marriage will become a hell of their own making.

I am married to a wonderful, supportive husband. I have two daughters and seven grandchildren.

I attend Calvery Chapel. Our church is so blessed to have Pastor Bob, who has a knack for preaching God's word with humor. Our ladies bible study group is learning from Beth Moore's, "A Woman's Heart, God's Dwelling Place."
