Music is a powerful tool that has influenced society for a long time. Making no exception of race, gender, age, social status, language or faith. You see these influences on a daily basis, affecting the lives of millions of people worldwide. With that said, we raise the question. How is it affecting your life and the lives of your love ones, friends and the people around you in general? We believe that music should be a tool for Christians to reach this generation with the message of the cross and for the glory of God alone.
Enter Salida 7, a Christian rock band based out of North Jersey, NJ. More than just a group of musicians playing together, Salida 7 is a band with a mission. A mission to promote, exalt and glorify God through music. Understanding the times we live in and the urgency to present hope to a lost generation. They formed a band with the vision of being relevant to the current music scene, but with a message to penetrate the hearts of the lost and to minister to the believers. Trusting in God and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, they desire to serve and lead people to God.
Early August 07, they have traveled for the first time to FL spreading and sharing message and music with many young souls at the Hilton Convention Center in Daytona Beach.
