A Poem For Jesus
An artistically active - Christian man I be -
Praising God with the talents - that He has giv'n me -
His Blessed Son Jesus - came to earth long ago -
To love, heal and die - so all men would then know -
Would know that our Savior - this Jesus God's Son -
Was killed and then lived - over death He has won -
So we can beat Satan - and his final grave cold -
So forever we'll live - and never grow old -
He paid for our sins - with His blood and His pain -
Sacrificed for our souls - His love covers our blame -
Pays the price for our sins - gives us eternal life -
In a place of no pain - no sorrow - no strife -
So this is why I - sinner saved by His grace -
Am making music for Jesus - in this funny place :)
