Blessed to grow up in a Christian home and raised by a Baptist minister, Ron accepted Christ at the age of ten. Ron was influenced by his grandfather who played banjo, fiddle and mandolin.

Blessing people through his music is something Ron has been doing for years. His commitment to serve the Lord, reach lost souls, bring hope and encouragement and share a smile grows stronger each day. His genuine heart touches audiences wherever he goes, as he shares both in song and testimony. Ron travels throughout the United States and appears in concerts, auditoriums, churches, revivals, campmeetings and various other venues and sings at the National Quartet Convention. Ron has also appeared on many syndicated Television and radio programs.

In 2002, Ron accepted this as a full-time ministry for the Lord. Always allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and guide him, Ron is professional in his ministry. God has truly blessed Ron's ministry by the souls that has accepted Christ and those that has been encouraged.

Ron recently received the nomination for the 2009 Diamond Award Top 10 Nominee, Sunrise Award and Soloist of the Year, 2009 SGM FanFair Top 5 Nominee Favorite Male Vocalist of the Year and was nominated in the 2008 Top Five Diamond Awards for Soloist of the Year. He received the nomination for the 2007 GMTC Award and the 2007 WGC Soloist of the Year Nominee. He has shared the stage with many of the finest in gospel music, including, The Hyssongs, The Roark's, The Dove Brothers Quartet, The Freemans, Aaron and Amanda Crabb, Trevor Thomas, The Profitts, Eternal Vision, The Dosses, Relations Quartet (Paul's Journey), Big MO, Mike Upright, Heirline, The Greens, The Greesons, Gerald Crabb, Brian Free and Assurance, The Blackwood's, Florida Boys, Young Harmony, Rod Burton, Eric Hinson and many others.

Ron's mission is simple; to fight the good fight of faith, finish the course that has been laid before him, share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost and dying world and offer encouragement to the discouraged.
