Ricky has worked in the music industry for the last 18 years and has written and recorded numerous major projects. Has held positions with various major record labels in the capacity of A&R and Promotions director, Ricky also was the co-winner of songwriter of the year in 1997. Ricky has done extensive touring, and has produced and still works with a number of very successful major artists. He brings an aggressive sound, personality and life to any project he works with, from his fast fingers to his funky thumb Ricky knows how to Rock your world and he is guaranteed to bring the house down at any show! currently Ricky lives in Nashville TN, And holds the position of Bryan Duncan's Music Director and co-found with Bryan the great NehoSoul Band, as well as Working along side Bryan Duncan and Ray Ware at Red Road Records and Bob Carlisle Artist and writer of the big hit "Butterfly Kisses". Ricky writes and works with many great artist in Nashville, and is currently writing with Bryan Duncan for his next project.
