Divinely Framed (2004)
Genre: Inspirational
Divinely Framed; Sub-titled, I am that I Am says I am. 256 Page Burgundy on Creme Interior by Ora Stearns Smith in both hard and soft cover editions.
The purpose of this book -"It's to help you discover who you are."
"Divinely Framed is a book of empowerment: empowerment of the most divine - the empowerment of GOD's LOVE. This book reads like a very powerful sermon, a sermon you can hear in your mind and your heart as you turn the pages. A sermon that will reach deep into your subconscious, make you face your own fears and come out with the power of GOD."
- Shirley Roe, Albooks Review

"Who are you anyway? This is the question Ora Stearns Smith wants every woman to ask herself - and to be able to answer without hesitation by the last page. Her inspirational book "Divinely Framed" is a message of love, empowerment, and hope for those women looking to take their lives to a new, heavenly level . . . Unlike many other self-help books, "Divinely Framed" wouldn't have the reader feeling besieged with thoughts of inadequacy. Instead, the reader comes away 'framed' in a much lighter spirit and a radiant outlook on her new life. With a backbone of Biblical scripture, Stearns Smith's message weaves her energizing personality throughout as she praises her Lord and praises all women. "You are empowered to soar in spite of all the turmoil and confusion and devastation and threats of annihilation." By the end of the book, she's got her readers cheerfully shouting, "I am that I AM says I am!"

Ambassadors for Christ . . .
Just who are you, anyway?
If you don't know who you are, and if you don't know why you are, others will define you. And if you allow anyone to define you, other than the One Who made you, then you have given them...

When a potter bakes a pot, he checks its solidity by pulling it out of the oven and thumping it.
If it "sings," it's ready. If it "thuds," it's placed back in the oven.
The character of a person is also checked by thumping.
Been thumped lately?
Well, I have. Since returning from my India trip my health has taken a nosedive.
After many months of body aches, extreme fatigue and every joint swollen, I surrendered to the doctor for a series of tests and medicines.
Pre diagnosis from my doctor (a wonderful Christian man) - 99% SURE - Rhuematic Fever!!!
So, I began ringing my bell for prayer!!!
I was ringing my bell for a job, but I was too sick to work!!!
Ring, Ring, Ring
Pray, Pray, Pray
How do I respond? Do I sing, or do I thud?
Jesus said that out of the nature of the heart a man speaks (Luke 6:45). There's nothing like a good thump to reveal the nature of a heart. The true character of a person is seen not in momentary heroics but in the thump-packed humdrum of day-to-day living.
If you have a tendency to thud more than you sing, take heart.
There is hope for us "thudders":
Begin by thanking God for thumps. I don't mean a half-hearted thank-you.
I mean a rejoicing, jumping-for-joy thank-you from the bottom of your heart (James 1:2).
Every thump is a reminder that God is molding you (Hebrews 12:5-8).
Remember no thump is disastrous. All thumps work for good if we are loving and obeying God.?
OH BY THE WAY, THE FIRST SET OF BLOODWORK CAME BACK "INCONCLUSIVE"
God's got a miracle for me!! I'M TALKING PERFECT HEALING AND A JOB!!
I'm radically EXCITED!!
Thanks for answering my bell and PLEASE keep praying!!!
Woo Hoo!!
Jesus Hugs,
Jazzy Jax
