Fronting the band is songwriter and charismatic performer Amante Lacey. The oldest group member, this unassuming, vocalist and guitar player writes with wisdom beyond his years. He's transparent in his love and gratitude to God and unflinching in his passion for reaching this generation for Christ.
"So many young people are lost when it comes to having a true relationship with God, even ones who go to church," Amante says. "Whenever we play, our main goal is to be able to minister to this generation." "Our first responsibility as a band," according to Amante, "is to be salt and light to the world. Secondly, our vision is to write songs that create an environment for God to manifest himself. Through our songs, we hope people experience God in such a new way that they are inspired to draw closer to him."
Champion songs are becoming standards in worship services being sang around the globe from Paris, France, to London, England to Montreal Canada, and across the U.S.
