First off, I've been unable to get any of the songs to play on this site... if you want to hear Tim's music in the meantime, there are four other cuts loaded on his MySpace site at www.myspace.com/timothyhof. Hope we can figure out the problem soon!!!
Timothy will be editing this at a later time, but in the interim, let me tell you a little about him. In addition to being a top-notch musician, songwriter, guitarist, vocalist, harmonica player, conga player / percussionist, he's one of the most faithful friends a person could ever hope to have! He loves the Lord with all his mind, body, and soul, and tries his very best to do right all the time. He's thankful for what he has whether it's an "up" time or a "down" time. He's faithful to his church, and a servant with a capital "S."
Timothy is one of those guys most bands would give their right arm to have. He can do so much and is so incredibly creative that the band is always much better with him than without him. He knows just when and what to play--and when NOT to. He has that "harmony gift" that a lot of people only wish they had.
Currently, Tim plays as a solo act; in addition, he often "backs up" others--Luke Austin Daugherty, the other musicians in Songwriters in the Round (when he's not a featured songwriter), and "Touch of Grass," when he's not otherwise booked. He's also a former member, and now a part-time member, of the group "CROSSOVERroad."
The CD showcased here is a few years old, but Tim has written tons of songs since then; we just don't have them recorded and ready to be put out there. We (his friends) wanted to get a site up for him rather than waiting until every last detail was perfect. It's so great that there are such good places to showcase music now! Timothy is in-between computers right now, so isn't able to be online all the time.
Until we have better arrangements made, you can purchase a CD by emailing timothy_hof@yahoo.com, or if he doesn't get back to you quickly, you may email info@crossoverroad.com. We are also going to add his songs to Snocap, so you can purchase individual cuts if you like.
