Walking In The Rain (2009)
Michael latest release 'Walking In The Rain' will be available in the fall of 2009. This new CD contains all new music recorded over the past two years. Mike has been working in side bands, and with local musicians, and while doing so, has spawned a number of new catchy tunes. Songs like 'Back In Time' and 'Pour Your Love On Me' were written a few years back, but only recently recorded. 'Where Id Be' is performed by Mikes wife Kelly, and it gives a haunting reminder of the challenges of forgiving and forgeting. The 1HOPE4U Band again has proven themselves worthy of compliments and has added a great sound to this album as well. Roger Ellis 'Christian Music Today' c2009.
Mike Stark & The 1HOPE4U Band - 'This Hope That I Have' (2004)
This is Mikes fourth album to date. "This Hope That I Have" contains songs of encouragement and hope, mostly being written through his own personal trials. "...Loosing my Dad in 2005 has really given me a whole new look on this music..." he says. "...God has not only given me these songs, but now he has me living through alot of what was written about, I guess now I can totally relate to alot of different people, and meet them where they are, and show how I have found hope..."
This CD contains 14 songs, with some printings containing 3 different songs. This album is known to have copies throughout the country, and is Mikes most printed album.
Mike Stark & The 1HOPE4U Band - 'The Fight' (2001)
'The Fight' was Mikes third album. Released in 2001, it contained 8 songs originally. In its second printing it contains alot of Mikes earlier works from the 1990's. Recorded in Hackettstown NJ's Newlife Recording Studio's, it contains alot of good tunes dealing with the everyday fights we have as christians. Some of the songs were co-produced by Kevin Siebold (Roamin' Gabriels) and also contains two songs written by Kelly Stark. "I Love The Way You Love Me" and "Foolish Things".

Mike Stark has been singing and recording music since the early 90's. He formed the band Newlife with a few friends, and quickly started writing music to record an album. Recording his first album in Nashville, TN he became part of the big coffee house boom throughout the NYC Metro area. After a few solo music projects, he formed a 'recording' band 1HOPE4U in 2004, and released 'This Hope That I Have' by Mike & The 1HOPE4U Band, as they became known. This latest project contained 14 new songs, and is known to have copies throughout the country, with it being his most printed album to date. Soon, Mike will be forming a new group of musicians born out of the love they all share for getting Christ-centered real life music out there. On occasion he still works with side bands including 'Unchained' and contributes to his church worship, at the Breakpoint Community Church in Hackettstown, NJ.
Growing up in NJ. He was saved back in the late 80's and met his future wife Kelly at a bible study. His brother then started dating her sister, and the two had a double wedding of two brothers marrying two sisters in 1993.
"...I still record when I can, but with a heavy singing out schedule which takes up alot of free time - it gets hard..." he says. "...My passion is to reach the lost through great sounding music. I want to be able to reach the outcasts and lonely ones who retreat into their bedrooms after school thinking no one loves them. If they can find refuge in music, and if I can meet them there through music with the gospel, - I have accomplished my goal, cause I've been there, done that and bought the T-shirt..."
