Just a little about myself, I am a Dutch born national who came to New Zealand at the age of two years with my parents and older sister (by three years) and my twin brother and my younger brother. I became a New Zealand National at the age of fifteen. I was raised in a Christian family, however I never knew Jesus personally until I had a Born Again experience at the age of fourteen. Sadly, through two things, in that, I don't think that I was followed up efficiently and the fact that I never really sought the Lord out after that. I slipped away from Him drastically and lived a life as though I had never come to meet Him..In fact I still didnt know Him, but He certainly knew me. and He knew that we were to meet again. After much un-necessary crazy living, I was brought to a place of recommitting my life Back to Jesus at twenty four.

Normalcy had begun to return to my life. It is Normal to be a Christian.
Ten years later, and even that is a long, long time to recognise that in the short term, a call had come on my life to be a missionary. I went over to the Philippines for a missions trip of a five week duration and had many successful outdoor meetings in the Barrio's.( Villages)of the Philippines and that is where I met my wife. She was on the philippine half of the ministry team, a musician and I evangelizing.After Returning to New Zealand, we communicated by LETTERS for two years and we decided to get together and I paid the airfare for her to come to New Zealand. We had a 3 month engagement in New Zealand and I am now happily married to my wife, Carol. We have just celebrated our 16th Wedding Anniversary.
Choice! I am now also the father of a Fourteen year old daughter and a Five year old son. My family is very dear and special to me.

I am on an Invalids benefit, although I surely know that I am not invalid!!!

The reason I am on this benifit is that I have Major Tonic Clonic Epileptic Siezures.

Not a fun part of my life.BUT, I trust God for all that He has done in and through my life and am always thankful that He still chooses to use the afflicted.

Please take note that I am absolutely sure that around 2000 years ago, when Jesus died on the Cross for our sins and our sicknesses, that the work in regards to my healing WAS MADE COMPLETE. Jesus Did say that "It is Finished " did He not. The healing has been complete for me in the spiritual realm ever since Calvary. However, I also know that my earthly, physical healing, in my flesh, is not complete. I am not a fool as to walk in deception. Although I do not fear and AM CONTENT in the fact that "I know whom I have believed and I know that He is able to keep me until that day." I DO KNOW THAT THE LORD IS SOVERIEGN and that the physical manifestation of my healing is simply up to Him. It may be tonight, as I write this, or when I sleep, in a day, week, month, year, or what-ever moment in time that He chooses or when I am called to be with Him and glorified......YES, my friends, I rest in His REST, in His PEACE regarding my health and future and I will continue to totally believe in the Healing Power of God and His Sovereignty and Perfect Timing To Heal My Body.
