Amen... it's not my home either. nope... I certainly feel like an alien here. Tried to find something to watch on t.v. today... but it's all garbage... I can't watch it. It's not even worth it to turn the t.v. on... So I am glad that I can come here and fit in. :) It's nice to know that there are still people out there that want to live God's way... :)

Yes it will all be so worth it when we see Jesus and get to spend eternity with Him that is for sure!... So we have to keep staying stong. The BEST is yet to come. That's a peaceful thought. :)

well that's good you at least had some fun. :) I'm doing OK... things are slow... and money of course is really tight... but I'm encouraged. :) Got good friends to back me up when I am feeling a little glum... most of them live waaaaay to far away... which is a real bummer... but I am still blessed and have them in my heart. One day we will all be standing together. Won't that be awesome? :)

I have recently found out that my mothers first husband may not be my father after all. I have been on Facebook communicating with a man and 3 women who could possibly be my older siblings. I live in Mich, and they live in S. Carolina and Texas, so it's gonna be a few months before we can get together to take a sibling dna test. They've been so welcoming to me and I'm surprised. Some people might not be so welcoming to the fact that their father had a child with someone else and never told them about it. Even tho we haven't done the dna test yet, I feel closer to them than I ever have to my moms first husbands family. It's all so new after thinking for almost 40 years that one man was my father and now finding out that someone else could be. I can't wait to find out the truth and move on, hopefully, with my new siblings. I actually hope that they are my siblings. I've been searching the net for a sibling dna test, and they are quite pricey. But it's confusing trying to figure out who's legit and who's not. I've contacted a few, and they still haven't returned my calls or emails.
