My name is Renee Shipp and I am 17 years old!!! I am a Senior at Douglas County High School in Douglasville Georgia. I like to go to church!! I go to church at Lighthouse Full Gospel in Winston Georgia!!! My Uncle Wally which has been a huge part of my life all of my life went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday February 24th, 2009 and I will always miss him until I see him again in Heaven. Our family poem in Memory of Uncle Wally is my favorite poem.It is called "The Broken Chain". It simply says:Little did we know that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to loose you. The day GOD called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide.And although we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The Chain will Link AGAIN! My favorite Prayer is the Serinity Prayer which is "God Grant me the Serinity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. The reason that the Serinity Prayer is my favorite Prayer is because their is so many things in my life that I have no control over but I know God has full control over everything in my life that I have no control over. I have one brother named Brandon that is eleven years old and an adopted sister named Cheyenne that is two years old!!! My favorite Gospel Groups is Christian Heritage, Tri-City Quartet, Eternal Vision, The Freemans, and The Gaither Vocal Band!!! I am Tri-City Quartet of Ranburne Alabama's and Eternal Vision of Knoxville Tennessee's #1 Fan!!!
