The Bible Dress Up (2000)
From the time children can walk and talk, they love to play "make believe." This book provides a unique opportunity for your child to get involved with the Word of God and fulfill his or her natural curiosity for make-believe. With a little assistance, children can follow simple how-to instructions for making Bible costumes and know the excitement of being David facing Goliath or Queen Esther saving her people or Daniel praying in the lions' den. Your child will have hours of fun learning about the stories in the Bible.

I consider myself a "professional mom" but many call me their "spiritual mom." My husband Timothy and I have been married nearly 33 years. In that time we've raised three sons and have taken in hundreds into our home and lives. We've had over 40 adults and 30 kids/teens live under our roof for various time spans.
I'm a writer and speaker and have authored or co-authored 25 books. I'm also the Editorial Director and Publicity Director for WinePress Publishing Group, the leading Christian custom publisher.
In my ministry, I've met many women (and men for that matter) who long for a mom in their lives. For many reasons, that piece was missing. I longed in my own life for a consistent mentor or mom as well. Through many means, the Lord taught me that the Holy Spirit would fill that hole if I allowed him. In the process I discovered that God was calling me to be a "spiritual mom" to many. And as The Spiritual Mom, I have a passion to help other women feel nurtured by the Holy Spirit as well.
