My writing is similar I would guess to Elizabeth George. She has influenced me a great deal throughout my life and her open and honest approach to writing and sharing her heart is how I want my writing to always be. I want to be honest and real before God and others, so they can see my heart, my good and bad and so they can see all God has done and continues to do on a daily basis.

About Rene' Reda
To say that God can write straight with crooked lines is not such an understatement when it comes to my life.

I have danced to the beat of a different drummer since I was a child and seeing as how, my four children hear that drummer and dance to him too, in their own way of course, leads me to believe I won't be stopping anytime soon.

First and foremost I love the Lord with all that I am. My walk with him is not just something I do, it's my life and means everything to me.

My life has been a serious of crooked lines, valley's so low I never thought the sun would shine again and many, many tears. Yet, there have also been mountain tops that I have rejoiced loudly from and I am learning, as I grow older to rejoice as I start back down the mountain again. My biological parents were gone at an early age. My mother passed away when I was eleven and I entered into two years of abuse with my biological father until he left when I was fourteen.

After he left, I was a shell of the child I was before. Angry, hurting and confused and basically a swirling time bomb for all who came into contact with me. Yet God as always was faithful and kept me covered under his wing.

He brought me "adopted" parents into my life in a time when I needed them the most. They became my mom and dad and they showed me more love than I ever had experienced in my life. He also brought me my four amazing kids.

They are the most wonderful kids in the world. They are all unique, amazing individuals, that God has given spirits and hearts too that are bigger than they are.

My eleven year old has Asperger's Syndrome and my ten year old is a High Functioning Autistic Child and they both rock.
People have expressed sympathy for their lives in the past and for me as well and yet I have always reassured them that they are divinely made, by our Father's loving hands and they both are two of the four greatest blessings I have ever been given.
Being chosen to be these kids mom, is one of the greatest honors of my life.

I was married in May of this year to the most wonderful man I have ever known. Getting to be a part of his life, is like waking up everyday in a place that is more like home than I have ever experienced or known possible. He makes our life complete and more precious than I could ever have imagined.

Through him, I have learned what it really looks like when a man loves a woman, like Christ loves the church. He came into our lives, loved me, loved the kids and just became a part of our family. My father passed away two months ago, after a year long battle with Multiple Myeloma and Dan was there through the whole process. He was holding my dads hand the last time he was concious in this world and when he took his last breath on Earth, Dan's heart broke as hard as my mothers and mine. He is truly an inspirational man.

He has embarked into a full time music ministry and he is the reason I have a page on here. He has a page on here too, you can visit him at www.shoutlife.com/danreda

He is simply incredible and because of him, the world makes more sense. He is a balance that I have long since needed, he is kind and compassionate, he is hilarious and keeps me laughing so hard it hurts and I just truly love him and I think equally as important, I respect him and admire him. He is my gift from God and I will honor that forever.

I write with him, and sing and run the business end of things and in return he encourages and supports me in my writing.

I am not published as of yet, but Lord willing that is my goal soon. I want to write and share what God has done with this life of mine, what he has walked me through and how he has taken a life so torn and mended it beyond recognition.

My ultimate dream is to write and speak one day and if something God gives me to write or say, helps the healing process begin on a hurting heart, then I will be blessed beyond what I deserve. Dan and I would also like to write and produce a screenplay one day as well. Both of us love photography and movies and so it makes for an amazing creative mix.

My life is full and busy and hectic and each moment of it all is a blessing that far exceeds my wildest imagination.
