About In Him

In Him

Band Biography

With piano-driven music and vocals resembling the styles of Ginny Owens, Watermark and Nichole Nordeman, and deep worshipful lyrics like those of Chris Tomlin, Jessie Rogers, and Rita Springer, In Him strives to see their audiences captivated by the heart of God while simply providing an avenue for intimate worship.

From the bold and up-tempo "Faith" and "Would You Know?", to the poinient balad "At the Cross" providing a vivid depiction of the cruicifiction of Christ; and worshipful selections including: "Free", "Holy", "More of You", "In the Name", and "Lord You Are", topped with contemporary arrangements of "Just a Closer Walk with Thee" and "I Stand Amazed in the Presence"; this duo presents a unique mix of styles perfect for any event.

Not afraid to tackle such topics as fatherlessness in "Song of Love" and emotional pain with "In Your Arms", In Him provides a presentation that is sure to wet your musical apitite while providing the way to living water for your soul!

In Him strives to "Keep It Real!" This means that In Him is a simple band, with a real message, about a real God who loves all! Both husband and wife draw a passion for music from their childhood, and are influenced by such acts as: Ginny Owens, Eli, Jars of Clay, Michael W. Smith, Kristy Starling, Aaron Shust, and more. Andy, who now plays guitar for In Him could often be found playing the piano as a child, while Miranda has always had a passion for singing and playing keys which she integrates with the God-given ability to lead others to the throneroom of God through worship.

In Him's ministry goes beyond the music. Whether on stage leading worship, or off the stage interacting via their

EternityNews newsletter,

the InHimCast podcast,

and other avenues of communication, In Him longs to interact with their audience. Miranda says, "How can we speak of a real God who longs to be transparent with us, without exemplifying that transparency?"

What are others saying about the music and ministry of In Him?

The band was very professional and well prepared for the event. They were interactive with their audience, getting people on their feet. Many lives were touched. If you are looking for a wonderful message and time of worship, I would highly recommend this ministry. They've got the holy ghost, the message, and everyone was involved in worship. In Him is top notch!

-- Joan Laymon

Bethlehem Baptist Church Kalamazoo Michigan.

I received very clear, concise and timely communication from Eternity Records. The band was Prepared and flexible in working with the event organizer. In Him was also personable and interactive. They paid close attention to audience reaction. Comments included "...you have heard the word of God this evening...". I would be interested in working with this ministry in the future, and I would also recommend them to others as well.

-- Robert E. Tomlinson - Special music director

Newberg Norton Bible Church, Marcellus Michigan
