BEYOND4WALLS - How many times have you wished you knew how to take your ministry beyond the four walls of your local church? Do you have a burning desire to lead others in worship outside your local congregation? Are you ready to write songs that lead others into the throne room of the King of Kings? Are you tired of trying to figure out how to balance being an "artist" - perhaps with a trunk of CDs you've recorded - with being a worship leader? Then this event is geared specifically for YOU!

The purpose of Beyond4Walls is to provide mentoring, training, and support for songwriters, worship leaders and Christian Artists:

the worship leader who may or may not be on a local church staff;

the worship artist who has an integral role in the local church (artist-in-residence); and

the worship songwriter whose creative focus is on writing worship songs for congregations world wide.

Our goal is to help persons with gifts in these three particular areas fulfill their calling with the ultimate goal of edifying the local church and the body of Christ at large.

At the Beyond4Walls Conference, we will help:

• The worship leader who has a clear role in the local church but also a desire to move beyond the four walls of their local assembly gain a more mature understanding of how to balance their calling as a local church minister;
• The worship leader who has produced a solo worship recording and yet has a desire and calling to minister to their own local church congregation;
• Provide counsel and direction for the worship artist-in-residence so that he/she will have a clear understanding of his/her role in the local church as an itinerant minister of the gospel;
• Pastors of those in this type of ministry obtain a clearer understanding of how these persons can enhance existing worship programs in the local church. The local church needs to recognize that these artists and their families need ongoing pastoral care even though they might be absent from the local assembly for any length of time.
• The worship songwriter gain a deeper understanding of how to develop their gift of worship expression through the craft of songwriting. There will be information and training on the production process from the initial demo to finished product including arranging, recording, producing, packaging and marketing.

Gary Stripling and Nick Coetzee have extensive experience in ministry and business, both as worship leaders and successful leaders in the Christian music industry. Nick is no stranger to the world of worship ministry and production. Perhaps he is best known for his production of Shout To The Lord with Darlene Zschech over 10 years ago. He has also produced some of the classic worship instrumental recordings for Integrity Media and Maranatha Music, selling over 150,000 units world-wide. Gary is the president/CEO of The Management Agency, Inc., one of the country's premiere independent Christian artist management and development companies. He has managed Integrity Media artists Paul Wilbur, Lynn DeShazo, and Bob Fitts, as well as a number of other up and coming new artists. Gary regularly consults with touring artists and bands providing career counseling and developing customized management plans that are strategically implemented to help take their ministries to new levels.
