Brother Lew celebrated 20 years in Christian Rap August 25th 2008

Brother Lew; Minister, Author, Songwriter, Outreach Coordinator, Business Man, Father , Husband, Servant, with more than 20 years in the Hip Hop Outreach Ministry. Has personally reached over 300,000 souls and has mentored over 300 single and group ministries. Brother Lew's ministry has always been unique because unlike many artist Brother Lew has given away most of his Cd's and encouraged people to copy and pass on the Good News in that format. Brother Lew has given away over 25,000 personal tapes and CD's to first time converts and those who cannot afford to buy CD's and has had countless hundreds of thousands of free downloads. Eventhough he has been approached by record labels in both Christian and secular he won't compromise the Music that God has mandated him to promote. He has organized, promoted and participated in many programs from a local tent preaching where TD Jakes was the main speaker to juvenile prison concerts and festival stages where more than 25,000 would participate.


Brother Lew grew up and particpated in the music industry in New York City. In 1992, Brother Lew's wife told him that he was giving away the store by not charging for his cd and tapes, he agreed and knew that she was right, but then one day a young man approached him in one of the hardcore neighborhoods of Cleveland and reminded him that if it wasn't for his free tape in 1992, that he might not have had the same type of transformation that took place in his life. This young boy went on stay in church, study, and become a youth pastor.

Since then Brother Lew knew that millions would be touched by the few that he has touched. That's why he has never underestimated the power of God in a cd, tape or video and neither should you.

Brother Lew's Two Million Souls Campaign across the nation was a success. He likes to call it: Social Network Evangelizing where everyday secular folks can come to one of his sites for prayer and he can always contact them back for follow up.
