Decided are a 4-piece rock / guitar-pop band based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our influences range from Switchfoot to Randy Stonehill and everything in between.

The Message

It's easy to think that your life may be at the whim of your emotions. We all feel them so keenly and react to them so instinctively. The truth is, however, that your life is shaped by your decisions. Make the wrong one and you may be still paying for it years later, in ways you hadn't expected. Make the right one and the repercussions can positively affect those around you - friends, family and strangers - for the rest of their lives.

Decided is about the decisions we make - in particular it is about the most important choice of all: what will you do with Jesus? Once you are faced with this question you will have to make a choice. Whether you choose to listen or ignore it, you will have made one. If you decide to follow Christ, all further decisions spring from this one - it becomes the lens through which you view every circumstance and event.

It is our desire to point out the importance of the decisions we all face in our day-to-day lives - for our Christian brothers and sisters we want to highlight those ongoing decisions that will help us go deeper in our Christian walk. As Christians, the hard work doesn't stop when you've committed your life to Christ. We have to take up our cross daily and if we don't make the right choices on this journey, we can lose out.

For our non-Christian friends and family we want to point them to the one and only Jesus Christ who presents them with the greatest decision of all - eternal life and a personal relationship with the creator of the universe, or an eternity of regret and loss.
