Glenda has been singing gospel music since she was a small child. When she was young, she played the piano and her twin sister played the bass with the group called, " The James Wright Family." Glenda attended school at Douglasville Christain Academy where she and Brian Free were in state competitions together. Now, she sings with her Dad James, Mother Edna, and son Brandon with the group called, "The Wright Family." She has two children, Brandon 14 and Mitchell 11.
Several years ago, Glenda was offered a country music career but chose to sing gospel music and stay with her family group. She is a very gifted songwriter and several of her songs have been nationally released. Glenda is very dedicated to God and fulfills her purpose by spreading God's word through song.
