Hi, my name is Stephen, but most people call me Steve. I married a wonderful girl named Leanne, thus combining a strong Scottish/Irish heritage with a strong Mennonite heritage, all within the Plymouth Brethern movement. We met while at Lakehead U in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. I started attending Westmount Gospel Chapel, where she had been going practically since she was born. She's now a Sunday School teacher at WGC and I am a deacon. I make a living as an Advanced Care Flight Paramedic. I'm in my Critical Care Paramedic training as we speak, but spending time on this blog is way more fun than intubating a patient with fulminating pulmonary edema at the moment. Leanne and I have 3 lovely children named Nathanael (7), Evan (4), and Julia (2). You can guess which are boys and which is the girl.
