I love to spend time, first thing in the morning, with the Lord, love to journal to Him-I love homeschooling, together with my husband, our girls; I enjoy shopping around on ebay, drinking coffee, walking and lifting weights......I am thankful for every day the Lord blesses me with, so really, I make an attempt to enjoy each one. Oh, and I just got a flying squirrel, so, I'm learning how to "bond" with him!

David Crowder Band, D C Talk, Pocket Full of Rocks, most other Christian music; a little Brooks and Dunn, Carrie Underwood; even some of the old hard rock(went to all those concerts-BC.). I can't believe I forgot to mention that I love Trans-Siberian Orchestra!!! These guys rock!!!

The Bible, after that, I read alot of different books by Christian authors, I'm interested in most subjects. One book (after the Bible)that stands out is Approaching Hoofbeats-Four Horsemen of the Apocolypse, by Billy Graham, reading that book, by the Grace of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit-was what brought me to my knees and to the love and mercy of God and the Salvation by His Son, my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ!!!! Amen and Alleluia!!

Amazing Grace(awesome movie), Shawshank Redemption, most of the old b & w's, LOTR, Luther. I don't really like to watch much TV, Glen Beck, and try to catch Charles Stanley when he's on, and I do like some of the news shows.

I am very excited to be here on shoutlife. I am homeschooling two teenage daughters(this is our second year!), and one of the lessons we are learning to apply to our lives, is, to make each day count for the Lord. As most of us know, this is easier said than done, but, we're not out of the race yet-we know what they'll be facing as adults, but I always tell them that, not to worry, just go to the end of the BOOK, we win!!!!
