We have returned from the tour to the west coast. It was quite an experience and God gave, took away, and was all in all glorified! We had an awesome time and are excited to get back to Hybrid Soul.


Luke 10:1-3
After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. 2 He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. 3 Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.

Hey I'm Luke Johnson and here's my story!
I grew up in a Christian home with 5 siblings and my beloved parents. I was born and raised in Lake of the Woods County! I was a happy boy growing up, and became even happier when I accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 5 years old! I began learning of Jesus and His Great Love for me! I then was baptized when I was 9. I began to grow, and at age 13 I dedicated my all to Jesus and realized the importance of commitment and righteousness! Within that time my family began singing gospel music in Northern Minnesota! This was where it all started ladies and gentlemen! I then joined a rock band formed through Clark Hauger! Our name being Hybrid Soul! We started playing at local talent shows and variety shows, our local county fair, churches, 4th of July, and many more….I am so honored to still be in our band today and having the opportunity to honor and glorify the name of Jesus with our music and our personal witness!. Over the past year our band has grown immensely! With two new additions September 2006! Cody Weckerly(Bass) and Spenser Narum(Drums) were added to Hybrid soul! We just finished our first Cd and we're planning on getting it out in the public this summer. I work as a carpenter! Like Jesus… I have been In love with Jesus for a very long time and would love nothing more than to see Him lifted up in my life…..That's what matter's most in my life, and when it isn't I have to slap myself or let Clark, Christ 1st! That's been my motto for life! Clark and I are planning our tour for out West this summer! We are heading out June 4th! We play all of our own Music! We have stuck in a few covers also! We will be going acoustic this summer. We will be taking the whole band out next summer Lord Willing!

The story of Clark Hauger is a very simple one.
I grew up being taught about Christ and the stories of the Bible. But it wasn't until I was about fifteen that I decided that God meant anything in my life. I chose to follow Christ and have not looked back since. Our mission for this summer is to make God the Father glorified and share the gifts He has given us in Salvation, the Gospel, and music. Our heart is to serve and follow Christ as true disciples and if that means something radical, so be it. We will need much prayer and most of all need the strength that only Christ can provide for this short tour. Our desire is to see the accomplishment of the Great Commission of Christ as is written in Matthew 28:
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
