I grew up on a farm in Iowa, but I've lived in Georgia for 16 years, and have grown to love the South. I've been married to the best husband ever for 19 years, and I have a 23 year-old daughter who is a blessing to me.
When I left a stressful job in madcap, fast-track working world, I rediscovered that I like to write. Then I discovered FaithWriters, and they have helped me develop and improve my gift. Some people even say I might be good one day. :) If you want to judge for yourself, check out my FW site to the left to see some examples of my writings.
After a year at my new job as admin assistant for the First Baptist Church, I'm still finding reasons to love it more every day. This is by far the most enjoyable and fulfilling work I have ever done.
