Betsy Ann St. Amant, an inspirational author in North Louisiana, has a heart for three things - chocolate, red polka dot shoes, and sharing the amazing news of God's grace through her writing.

Her published works include a new release by Steeple Hill Love Inspired, RETURN TO LOVE, July 2009. The sequel is A VALENTINE'S WISH and will hit stores February 2010. Betsy's third book with Steeple Hill, RODEO SWEETHEART, is set for an April 2010 release.

Betsy also has a romantic suspense by the title of Midnight Angel, published by The Wild Rose Press. It's currently available through Amazon.com or Borders.com! (or click on the link under the cover art to purchase the book)

Betsy had a short story published in Volume Two of the book by Xulon Press, "Praise Reports: Inspiring Real Life Stories of How God Answers Prayers" and a short story in "Life Savors for Women" - by Tyndale House. She also contributes regular articles on faith and marriage to Crosswalk.com. Her humorous poem on the topic of writers block was published in the February 2007 issue of The Christian Communicator magazine.

She's been happily married to her husband Brandon for almost five years, and recently gave birth to an adorable baby girl - Audrey Elise. Yep, there's a new little fan of reading in the St. Amant household! =)

As a new stay at home mom - well, make that work at home mom! - Betsy stays busy crawling after her daughter and writing on her latest novel. You can also usually find her somewhere with a book and some chocolate in her hand. (or shopping for shoes with a Diet Coke in her hand!) =)

Betsy also enjoys singing, watching chick flicks (The Notebook, The Lake House, and Princess Bride are just a few of her favs!), eating Nerds (she thinks the red ones are the best!), shopping (Betsy firmly believes a girl can NEVER have too many shoes!), watching hockey games (Go Louisiana Mudbugs!) and spending time with her friends and family.
