Uptown Congregation is a church of United Church of Christ in the Philippines and was founded in January 23, 1992 at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Roy Ruel Parilla in Mejia Subdivision (now residing in Seattle, USA) in Doña Feliza, Ormoc City as a separatist group of the mother Downtown Church. Now Uptown Congregation is nesting at the UCCP owned property as an administrative church of the Ormoc Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program located in Milagro, Ormoc City.
