SIGNPOSTS of The Last Days: Coming Events BEFORE the End (2012)
With so many books available about the last days, why should I read this one? SIGNPOSTS of The Last Days is not an attempt to sensationalize predicted events from prophecy implying they will happen in a particular manner. Remember that when Jesus came the first time, all but two people were looking for a different kind of Messiah than the One they got.
This is a book that is written to discuss the actual words from the Bible about 12 coming events and how they relate to each other in the order they possibly will happen. It also is designed to relate coming events to the past times in which God has presented Himself to the world using different people.
This is your opportunity to separate the modern day scenarios seemingly written for Hollywood from what we might realistically expect should we be alive to see it all unfold. Please read them all with the understanding that there may be fewer than two individuals who get close to the actual truth this time around also.

Author of SIGNPOSTS of The Last Days published by WestBow Press. This is my first attempt at being an author although I have been encouraged by those I have taught for many years. I received my formal education at Baylor University where I was a Radio-TV major with minors in Religion and Business Administration.
I have taught a Sunday School (Bible Fellowship) class for over 40 years and currently teach Adults in a class at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas. In my church I am an active deacon and a member of the Platinum leadership group dedicated to providing those in the Platinum age range an opportunity to serve the Lord in new and exciting ways.
My goal in teaching as it was in writing SIGNPOSTS is to allow the Holy Spirit to use me in delivering the message of the scriptures in as clearly understandable language as possible.

I can testify that this is a fact. My life has been QUITE far from perfect; however, through His eyes and love, I appreciate the good as well as the bad moments in my life; the valleys as well as the mountaintop experiences; the joyful expressions of "Hallelujah's" intermixed with "God, where are you, I'm hurting, and only you can relieve the pain?"
It goes without saying that the path I walk has had its difficulties and moments of complete and utter despair, but also there have been those times where I was led to drink from the springs and rivers so timely placed to refresh, revive and lift me up!
There have been moments of complete respite in your arms; and because of this peace and comfort, I can most assuredly say, "I would have it no other way."
This is exactly where I want to be, in both the good and bad times, because I know that it is my Savior and Shepherd who holds me by my hands through it all!
I have no doubt, whatsoever, that Romans 8:28 (We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose - RSV) is meant for each of us as we traverse the Narrow, yet difficult Path through life that leads to heaven...Shalom!
Now, always be hopeful....and go, and sin no more!
