The most important things to know about me...I'm married to a wonderful man who also just happens to be my producer...Rich Stevens. I'm the mother of the most talented future rock star around, CJ. In this mother's unbiased opinion, of course. And my daughter Jessica will either be that or a broadway star...as soon as she makes up her mind. Oh, and lest I forget, the true divas of the house...Ginger and Twix, our cats we rescued as kittens from certain doom. :) My family is most important to me...I can't imagine life without them. Worship is a way of life to me. It's not just something you 'do'. Every moment of every day is meant to reflect the glory of our Creator; this story we are in is not our own. Being ever mindful of that is my prayer everyday; the music flows from that place and is simply another way to express my worship of my God. Currently, I worship with the community at The Journey at Ecclesia in Franklin, TN. As far as the music goes, for the past 15 years, I've led worship and performed at retreats, churches, conventions and festivals. It's been my privilege over the years to share either stage or studio or to write with many talented individuals, including Helen Baylor, Mary-Kathryn, Bob Kilpatrick, Drew Cline, Debi Selby, Charlie Judge, Jason Eskridge, Missi Hale, Amy Courts, Travis Meadows and Will Derryberry...and others.
Thanks for stopping by...I pray you are blessed and encouraged in your journey. Read on for more of what's happening in my little world...
MY SON'S BAND
Proud mother that I am, I have to include my son's musical endeavors. Currently, his band is working with producer Andy Selby on 'The Chucksteak EP'. Must be a teenage thing... :)

Yesterday was a great service at the church I worship with, Journey. The morning was focused on what Pastor Jamie called 'The Sanitization of the Cross'. Look at all the pictures of Jesus - blue eyed, fair skinned, clean white robes with a pretty b...

INCITE: Compassion
We all know the story... After a time of careless living the prodigal son returns to the home of a loving father who awaits him with open arms.
Just as this father welcomed his son, at the heart of God's plan of redemption is a father's heart of compassion. Who, regardless of your history, waits for you with open arms.
Link 2 us and be inspired.
