Thank you for coming to my site dedicated to The Lord "Jesus Christ" !

I thought the poem below inspired by The Holy Spirit and
truly from my heart would be most appropriate to let you
know more about me.

In my life it is about Him, not me...always grateful to
The Lord to wake up to see another day !

A Desire to Live for Jesus

I was lost and all boxed up
I had given up on life
The things Satan was tempting me to do
God knows wasn't very nice

All the things I would desire
They were slowly killing me
The desires had me so blind
What they were doing to me I couldn't see

I was a slave to my desires
I had lost all control
Running day and night, not resting
It was too much weight on my soul

When I started sinking from the weight of my desires
I reached out to find they had nothing to give
Then the desire came. The one I never wanted
That was the desire not to live

I was on the last step of the ladder
I looked around and saw the good book
A voice said, "Open the Bible my child"
"Open your eyes and take a good look"

I read, "Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven
And all things will be added unto you"
Those words stuck in my head like glue
I said this: "What am I going to do?"

The things of the world I desire no more
I desire the things Jesus has to give
That's love, joy, peace and happiness
And wisdom and understanding as I live

Yes we all have something to live for
Live for Jesus; he'll do you right
He'll fulfill the desire every believer wants
That's the desire to have everlasting life
