I am a 42 year old woman of God, mother of 2 young boys, who, everyday, continues to work on growing in my relationship with God and is being courted by an amazing Christian man. Everyday I learn more about who it is that God is calling me to be. I love to celebrate the fact that no matter what life interruption or struggle I am dealing with on a given day. God still helps me to find some of His amazing joy in all of it.
I get very excited about the little things in life. Some people tell me that it doesn't take much to make me happy or excited and that is very true! I love to worship our Lord through music and writing! I get excited about sharing what God is doing in my life with people I know and people I happened to meet. Right now I get to do just that in the blog adventure I am a part of at http://www.zoelog.wordpress.com. I am in awe of what God is doing in my life right now!
One thing you need to know about me is this: I have not always lived in the easiest or happiest or safest of situations in this life but God has always helped me to find and hold onto His joy in the midst of it all! I am new to social networking and would love to meet more Christian women friends! Talking about the Gospel and what God is doing in our lives is one of my favorite things to do. If you need prayer...let me know...I would be an honor to pray for you...
Regarding new friends...
It is important to me to have Godly boundaries in the relationships in my life. Out of respect for my courtship with Will Pershing I am only adding women as friends, I wouldn't have private personal conversations with men in person so I am using that same consideration and respect online.
The exception to the rule is friendships that are created for professional reasons. Just as I would work with women and men the same applies for my on-line relationships.

We like to plan things as a family and we try to encourage our girls to make friends with girls who's parents are hands on too.
