Christian hip hop artist Capone De Leon established Untouchable Underground Records in 1995 as a positive alternatitive outlet for aspiring musicians, writers, and producers to uniquely express themselves. "Now a days, record labels are more like social groups than music labels," says Capone. His mission with Untouchable Underground Records is to take music back to the way it began, as an artistic expression of a musician's soul.

The primary musical act of Untouchable Underground Records is the San Antonio, Texas based Christian hip hop ensemble, God's Untouchables. In order to revert today's generation of music and musicians to its peaceful roots, God's Untouchables are setting out to captivate audiences with positive messages that reflect the quality life values necessary to be successful in life. Rather than complaining about life's struggles and tribulations, as most of today's rappers and musicians do, the music of God's Untouchables addresses real life issues and offers effective alternative solutions to dealing with problems.

Each member of God's Untouchables is relatable to audience members in their own way. This is because each one has gone through their own situations and have successfully overcome obstacles. Founding member, Capone De Leon, lived in Las Angeles, California as a youth, an area infamous for gangs and gang activity. Capone kept himself out of the gangs by living by his motto "I'd rather be a ONE MAN GANG than ONE MAN IN A GANG". This is the message that he brings to audiences.
