I live with my son Cory and our spoiled cat, Jasmine.
Cory's daddy passed away when he was 3 years old, so we've been on our own for a long time. It's been hard, but Cory makes me smile every day. And I'm never alone because I have my wonderful Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

I think most of my friends know that I have two kids in the Army, My daughter MaryAnne is currently in Afghanistan. And my son Erich is in Iraq, Only for 15 more days! He will be home June 6th at 5:17 P.M. and I am counting every second of that time....

On TV when someone finds out that they have cancer, the next thing you see is them in bed dying.
In real life it's nothing like that. There are months and sometimes years of pain where you just pray that you can die so that it'll stop.
