First, PLEASE leave a comment when you request me as a friend, simply so I can get to know you. I have gotten many requests from some great people, but I have had to say no, either because they didn't leave a comment or they already have 12000 friends and, no offense to them, I'm not into this for the numbers. I hope you understand.
Now...
Husband of one awesome lady of 16 years, Denise, father of two great kids, Timothy, 12 and Jessica, 9. Trombone is my first instrument but the last couple of years it's been piano/keyboards. Funny, since I can't read a lick of piano music and I'm just starting to get a grip on chord charts. Like I said, trombone. Bone music I read and hear. Piano I hear. Since my Dad's a retired minister, I've spent the majority of my life in the church, and from the time I could reach the keys, I've been messing around with it. I love the piano. I love how I'm able to worship with it. I'm constantly amazed that God would take someone with no piano training and find a place for him on our worship team. I take nothing for granted and no credit. But I am very gratefull to and humbled by a God that would find a use for someone like me.
But, I sure miss playing my trombone!! (sigh) (whimper) (sniff)
