K Nikolas is a gospel/hip hop/funk artist, writer and producer. Starting out in radio, K Nikolas worked as a DJ for a local radio station for five years before signing on work full time in the Final Mix recording studio in Northern California. After years of writing for artists such as Orlando Payne and April Mae and C-Siccness, K Nikolas began developing his own brand of funky hip hop with old school flavor. In that time, he began work for The Underground Railroad Magazine in San Diego, California for independent hip hop artists which eventually spun into a three hour radio broadcast world wide from 92.5 KYHY in Burbank, California. His music production began to be noticed more and more by mainstream hip hop artists, so K Nikolas made a move to produce full time and step back into the studio to create his debut album called Set To Fire.
