I am the Minister of Writing and Preaching for the Oak Hills Church in San Antonio, Texas, and am the husband of Denalyn and father of Jenna, Andrea, and Sara. On a good week I read a good book, have a few dinners with my wife, and break 90 on the golf course. I usually settle for the first two.
I'll be using facebook as my primary place to let people know about my new book, Fearless, coming out in Fall 2009. I'll be giving away free SIGNED copies of the book there! Become my Facebook Friend Today!

Hi Max,
It doesn't matter whether you're Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal, Conservative, or Liturgical you need to be aware of what God is doing in these days through the Messianic movement. The more we understand the roots of our faith in Judaism, the more we can understand what God wants us to know to make that faith grow.
It doesn't matter whether you like rock, country, contemporary, gospel, or hip hop, you need to grow in your musical tastes, and sample the rich tapestry of Messianic Jewish music that is available today. To that end, I would like to introduce you to two amazing Messianic artists, whose musical style is very unique, and totally wonderful.
Deborah Kline-Iantorno's music springs from her Jewish and Puerto Rican roots, and her years as a night club singer. Her songs are exciting, her voice is gorgeous, and the message she brings is right on.
Straight from Jerusalem, Israel, the songs of Rivka Whitten are alive and fresh. Her music is a unique mix of Yemenite Israeli vocals along with rhythms from around the world, and a gifted group of instrumentalists.
Please come on by, and check out a couple of amazing songs that I have put on my page, then you can go to www.newfaithfavorites.com and listen to all of them.
Thanks,
Jim

Thanks so much for adding me to your friends! I'm so sorry if I kept you waiting - I haven't been here for quite a while, but now we're catching up, and we've updated a lot of things.
Check out the new songs! My new album will be out soon, and also check out the video from our tour in Kenya and the UK - it's set to my new single that's at radio now, "Your Great Name". We hope you love it, and would love to hear your thoughts!
God bless you, and I hope I see you often!

Hi Mr. Lucado: I was just checking on my son to see the content of his page and was pleasantly surprised to see that you were listed as one of his friends. He doesn't know who you are but I have purchased several of your books and think that you are a awesome writer sent from God. It's a honor to know that my son is in great company.
God Bless You!!!

I praise the Lord when I know a person is in His calling. It was not many weeks ago that I saw a vision during a prayer time in a youth sunday school class that I saw a sparkling gold pen floating as though, something was about to be written! I believe that you will be given new things to write about! Keep focus!

Hi Max, Wow.. what a privilege for the friend request... you're only my all time favorite author... 2nd to God of course LOL... I have given out and got gifts of your books... my favorite is tell me the secrets... and after using mine as a ministry tool (again).. I purchased a new one and the cover and size was changed... I still love the book and like the concept of the new cover (the veil)... but I soooo loved the paint swirl and the golden lock. I had purchased one for my aunt as a Christmas gift and she wanted to leave it on her coffee table for guests to read... a neighbors (unchurched) child was over visiting and was consumed with it... just wanted you to know that God has many uses for your work... keep writing! you're a blessing. God Bless, YSIC.. Jeanne

Greetings Max, If I can be of any assistance in bringing your vision to pass, please make it known. We are all interdependent on each other and we all have something to contribute.
I am not afraid of being "used". Only useful people get used.
