Hey, this is Chris and welcome to the Official Shoutlife Music Home Page of the CIA, short for The Chris Ingrao Awakening:

I started this venture in April of 2007 after the dissolution of my previous outfit, Ingrao. As I was the primary songwriter for that band, those songs will be performed as part of the CIA. In the meantime, I'm also currently doing acoustic shows around the Puget Sound and writing new material. Thanks to those of you who have made it to the shows that I've done, please feel free to come up and say hi. I appreciate your support! :)

My music is constantly evolving whether it be in style, presentation, or the music itself...all contributing to a dynamic adventure. :) With several different musical influences at play, whether it be in rock, folk, or electronica, there is always the promise of something not quite like anything you've heard before with every song release.

I am a Christian artist... though in more of the Christian Crossover vein, with several different influences at play that constantly redefine the flow and shape of my music. . Based in the Seattle area I'm currently working towards more concerts, open mic sets, and whatever else God may have in store for The CIA.
