You've got my prayers.

I think homeschooling is one of the best things I've ever decided to do, but it's trying at times. :)

Hi, Tina. Just popping in to introduce myself and say hi. Am off to visit "Bustles & Spurs." Are you familiar with Susan K. Marlow?? Very NICE gal...she lurks here on SL once in awhile, too.

Have a great weekend!

Homeschooling is going well. I feel the pressure now as the Bd of Ed's deadline for sending in grades/progress report is Nov 15th. Have to give quizzes, tests, and grade book reports, etc. :)

I'm in the NE Zone. As far as I know there are no local chapters. I could be wrong. I've been posting for two years on a regular basis to the Steeple Hill author board and their prayer board, am a new homeschooling mother, have two wips and notes for a third, a DH, two girls, two lg breed dogs and 11 cats. So, I'm busy. I also do some consulting work for pay about once a month...when a friend throws me a bone.

I would love to, Tina!!!!! I didn't know you were on Shoutlife---but then again, I'm still fairly new to SL myself. Just let me know when. I should have my book trailer done soon, too. Steph :0)

I don't have to hand in any documentaion until Nov 15. Whew!

Still, I know that's a month away and I have to have the right number of spelling quizes, Math, Science, SS, History, English unit tests, etc, so I can get a grade.

And I'm the leader of an ACFW small crit group which takes some attention.

A second Whew!

I just started homeschooling my two girls. What grade is your son in? How's it going? We're doing well.

I think I've heard of the blog "Bustles and Spurs." I'll go check it out.

I lot of authors are creating joint blogs.

Have a great week. I'm giving a small Spanish vocab quiz today. Both my girls are adopted and are Hispanic. We try to keep something going with their heritage. As they get older, I can go to CDs like the Roseetta Stone.

Tomorrow is a Spelling/vocab test.

Saw you in the Budget Recipes group. Came over here and learned you're a writer. Do any of your characters cook?
