I was born October 27th, 1959 in a small town south of Atlanta GA called Griffin. My family moved to Knoxville TN when I was about 2 months old and that is where I grew up. I graduated Doyle High School in 1977, joined the US Navy in 1978 and was discharged in 1979 with a medical discharge following a knee injury sustained while playing football for the base team. After the Navy, I returned to Knoxville where I met Jan Perry in 1982. I fell in love and she liked me too so we were married in November of 1983. Stephanie, our first daughter was born in June of 1986 followed by Rebecca in November of 1990. Stephanie gave birth to our first grandaughter, McKenzie Savannah, in December of 2005. We all currently live in Morristown, TN. Jan is a sales rep for Wyndham Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN and I sing bass with Eternal Vision out of Knoxville, TN. I suppose that covers all the important stuff.
