Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my shoutlife page. If you get a chance, follow me on Twitter at www.twitter.com/pennyzeller and check out my blog at www.pennyzeller.wordpress.com.
I am a wife to my wonderful husband, Lon (of 17 years, wow!!! - yes, we got married really young!), mother of two elementary-aged daughters, and a Christian author/speaker.
I have written three books to date, with two more to be released in the near future. The first, tentatively titled "McKenzie" will be released by Whitaker House in September 2010 and is the first in a three-part series of historical Christian romance novels. The second is to be released by Beacon Hill Press and is tentatively titled "Help Me, I'm Drowning: A Life Preserver for Moms." The title says it all! I am also the author of numerous articles in national and regional publications.
I was bitten with the writing bug at age seven when I began writing Bible stories in my own words. I also wrote fiction stories about a dog named Muffie and her adventures, as well as other short stories neatly composed in homemade wallpaper-covered cardboard books.
I am excited to be breaking into writing women's fiction. I owe all my inspiration to the Lord - He truly is amazing!
My passion is to is to use the gift of writing the Lord has blessed me with to further His Kingdom.

Hi Penny - Hi Kathy - Thanks for the friendship invitation. I haven't been on Shoutlife for sometime since I was working on my 44th Christian fiction novel for Steeple Hill. If you enjoy fiction, Groom In Training is in stores now. It's part of a series called Man's Best Friend. Naturally the stories revolve around women who are part of a dog shelter. Wishing you blessings on your writing. Drop by my website for writing tips and a link to my Writing Fiction Right blog.
Blessings,

Hi Penny,
Friday night and all day Saturday it snowed like crazy! We got that front that moved in from Texas. Dumped a little over 12 inches of snow here. Fine powdery stuff! Made going to work Saturday morning early very interesting.... not too many people showed so they sent us home.... which was another interesting trip on the highways... Anyway, hope you and yours had a wonderful weekend and that the week ahead will be filled with His Blessings.... :)
