Strange Days (2005)
This is a musical based on the life of Jesus and the people around him. 16 tracks including the Overture.
Strange days, The arrival (Band version) are taken from this and also Sorry from Awaiting The Arrival appear on the musical.
The is a script for the stage production (not yet performed) backing tracks and music available if anyone wishes to perform it. Just contact me and save me a seat, I would love to see it!
Gifts For The King (2002)
Started life as backing songs for two nativity plays I wrote. I needed to record the backing tracks and decided to make a 9 track CD with some other songs I had.
Going to Bethelem and How Fickle are on the MP3 player.
The scripts and backing tracks are available, just contact me.
Awaiting The Arrival (2001)
A collection of songs, arrangements of hymns and Orchestral based music.
The Arrival is a ten minute reading of Daniel Ch.7 over an orchestral arrangement.
Sorry (in the MP3 player) is Peter's meeting with Jesus after the resurection, it is also on Strange Days.
The two hymns are Be Thou My Vision and Holy, Holy Holy.

About Noel
Someone once asked me "What do you do?" After some thought I replied "I do what I am asked to do, I do what Noel does!" I write songs, arrange gigs, play guitar and bass, entertain the old folk at church, write scripts, whatever people ask me to do! My main ministry is as an agent now and also a promoter.

I have been involved with music since I was about 7, I started singing at my local Church in the choir and playing violin getting to the heady hieghts of grade 4! I also played percussion and sadly didn't keep up with learning the piano. At the age of about 13 I wanted to be in a band and I borrowed a friends left-hand guitar and learned a few chords, albeit the wrong way round for a right-hander! I first played in a band (Fathom) at the age of about 18, I had given up with six strings and moved back to four, this time bass guitar. After many years in Fathom we changed our name and direction slightly and formed In Full Colour. I played bass for a few years and our final gig was Bradford Cathedral. I also got involved in musicals, I helped put a performance of Young Messiah together with a band, orchestra and Choir. I have always written songs and when I got to grips with the technology that exists these days I started writing songs and instrumentals on the computer. As there were no convincing guitar sounds available I reverted to my classical music upbringing and combined what I liked with what I could do. I also write scripts and have two short novels completed. I have recorded three CDs, Strange Days, Awaiting The Arrival and Gifts For The King. Three very different sides of what I do! Awaiting was my first step into recording and is a mixture of orchestral based instrumentals and songs, Gifts is mainly Christmas songs to go with the nativity plays I have written and Strange Days is a musical based on the life of Jesus and the reactions of the people around him. Have a listen to the songs and the message they bring.
