I speak and write to encourage women to embrace God's grace.
Since my name (Nancy) actually means "grace," I am doubly blessed to share on it!
Through God's grace I have been able to overcome difficulties, and want to encourage others to do the same.
I have been published several times in the women's magazine "Just Between Us." Most recently I had an article in the Spring 07 issue that is also posted on the web at www.justbetweenus.org.
In June 07 I became published in "Refined by Fire: Defining Moments of Phenomenal Women."(GMA Publishing). I share the story of how a tongue cancer diagnosis strengthened my faith.
In September my story "Upgrades" came out in "Chicken Soup for the Soul: Celebrating Brothers and Sisters."
In October 2007, my devo "A New Reflection," was included in The One Year Life Verse Devotional (Tyndale)
In May 2008, "Strong Arm Needed" was included in "Chicken Soup for the Father-Son Soul."
I am married to my best friend, Rick, who is a senior pastor.
We have served the Lord in church ministries for over 30 years.
We have a dream to write a book to encourage partnership marriage for couples who serve the Lord together. We have been living in Northwest Arkansas since June 2005. We have two grown children.
Rick and I are a presenting clergy team for the international ministry of United Marriage Encounter (www.unitedmarriage.org), and have had the opportunity to present God's word for marriage in England, Malaysia, Taiwan and throughout the US. We have also developed our own marriage enrichment seminar, "Marriage Magnifier."
Also, the Lord allowed us to share the Word in Russia through discipling a new church in the Russian Far East. We have been blessed to see the power of God break through many cultures.
I believe the Lord has put a lot of interesting opportunities, challenges and lessons in my life. I desire to share it through speaking and writing.
The theme verse for my ministry is 2 Peter 3:18,
"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever."
