After 24 years of my life, I finally realized what I needed to do. It only took
years of ALMOST reaching my goals and dreams, and the feeling of control in my
career, that I realized I needed to give up the reigns. I can remember so many times I
started a project only to have another door close. It wasn't until I really started
living my life for God that I asked , Why Lord? Why did you give me this talent and
the dream of singing for the world if it was only to fail? He simply said, "You're
singing for your self. I designed you to sing for me." I never even thought of that. I
knew I believed in and loved the Lord but it never dawned on me that I could praise
for a living. I have never felt so sure of the path before me because I know it is
custom made by God!
