I would say that I am a pretty simple girl with some not-so-simple thoughts. Life is always bringing up a lot of questions and challenges that cause me to think and wonder. Sometimes I wish I could get rid of the thoughts and just enjoy life, but I guess that's what makes life interesting and our relationship with God deeper.

Some of the things I enjoy are MUSIC, ART, NATURE, FOOD, COFFEE, SUNSHINE, CULTURE, LANGUAGE, PEOPLE, RELATIONSHIPS, GOD, SHARING MY FAITH, SLEEP, BEING OUTSIDE, KAYAKING, WRITING, CHOCOLATE, HEALTHY EATING, SINGING, GUITAR, PIANO, DECORATING, PICTURES, BRIGHT COLORS, TALKING, TRAVELLING,SPORTS CARS, DRIVING FAST,DRIVING, ROAD TRIPS, TEACHING, SHOOTING RUBBER BANDS AT BALLONS, AFRICA, TIGERS, BABY LIONS, GIRAFFES, SNAKES, SALAMANDERS, LIZARDS, DOGS, CLOTHES, FLIP-FLOPS, WARM WEATHER, CLEAN CLOTHES...

For some reason, I have a TON of nicknames. Working in a Call Center, customers don't always understand my actual name, so I decided to change it in hopes that it wouldn't get butchered. I grew up in a pretty big family. There are seven of us kids, and I am second in line. The oldest is 27 and the youngest is 9! I have the best parents in the whole world, both of them being very real people. Neither of them really forced anything on us but lived primarily by example. I love my family dearly and couldn't imagine my life without them. At times growing up I probably wouldn't have been able to say that, but the older I get, the more I value them. The latest addition is my little nephew Rayme. He came into this world in November and is the best nephew a girl could ask for. He is definitely special and amazing. :)

I currently live in MN with my not-so-little brother Simeon. We bought a townhouse together this past summer, which was run down by the previous owner's pets. Let me tell you, the place was rancid and it took us the entire summer, plus some, to clean it out and fix it up. Now it is the most beautiful townhouse I've ever seen. Literally (thanks to my dad who has a lot of experience and expertise and Sim, who did a LOT of work). I work at a family-owned lighting business doing Customer Service phone support. I have been there for four
years, so needless to say, I am pretty good at what I do.
