First, My spiritual influences are My Jesus...and my adopted-spirit-filled mom at my church, Dabney Mann.
My musical influences are from every genre of music, so I would have to say Bonnie Raitt, Ann Wilson from Heart, Linda Ronstadt, Olivia Newton John, Celine Dion, Cynthia Clawson, Barbara Streisand.
Sounds Like:
I sound like me, Lisa Bevill. But I've been told I sound like Bonnie Raitt or Bonnie Tyler when I rock and Olivia Newton John when I sing soft...so go figure. I sound exactly how the Lord intended I guess. May HE be glorified. This voice is HIS!

Lisa, I just bought Love of Heaven on iTunes. I'm so excited that it was available! It just downloaded, and I'm getting ready to relive the late 90s. :)

Sorry about the chicken...And I thought giving up tomatoes and potatoes was hard.
You should consider a mini trampoline. (some call it rebounder).
My sister is a health fanatic and she told me that a rhythm bounce on a trampoline activates your antibodies and they go to work on what ever is trying to invade your body. I get on mine for one songs worth (5 min) daily and I have not even had a cold in the 3 years since I moved to TN. No sacrifice using the trampoline. It's really fun! I got my 4.5 foot trampoline at a sports store in Vegas for 50 bucks. Rebounders cost about 200.00 but they do the same thing. Holistic doctors recommend 5 minutes on the rebounder 5 times a day to get rid of cancer. Sounds incredible but the average person disciplining themselves to follow through on something like this consistently...probably has affected the success rate for this method of healing.

Hi Lisa...While praying for you this morning what came to my mind was a remedy that I came across 10 years ago when I was suffering with a kidney stone. I'm sure the remedy was a combination of people praying for me, having hands laid on me and some special instructions from a book that had been brought to my attention. The book was a topic of conversation at work back then and I took it as a clue from God to help with my condition. Sooo...if this is possibly God's idea for me to suggest this book to you because it will help get rid of your Lynne disease that would be great.
The book is called Eat Right for your Blood Type by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo (I'll be happy to send you my copy. I pretty much have it memorized).
The girl who suggested it to me back in '98 swears that strictly following the books guidelines for her particular blood type dissolved a cancerous inoperable tumor. She is not one to give God credit for her cure. For her the scientific research behind this literary work and applying it to her condition was what cured her disease. I give her credit for applying what she read in order for her to be a testimony to me. That worked to benefit me. I pray this book could benefit you as well.
